EPTSD Strategic Plan

A Message From the Superintendent:

The Edgewater Park Township School District has again undertaken a Strategic Planning initiative that engages employees, parents, students, community members, business owners, and government leaders in the planning of our District's future. This collaborative planning process has resulted in a three-year plan that will focus the District's efforts and financial resources on mutually determined goals that support the needs of our students and the District as a whole.

I would like to offer my sincere appreciation to the many individuals who participated in one or more of our collaborative planning sessions during the 2017-2018 school year. The process demonstrated the power of consensus, while bringing together varied stakeholders. The result is a shared vision of the future of our District. On September 25, 2018, the Board of Education formally approved our new Strategic Plan. As we move forward with the implementation of our plan, we will strive to continue collaborative practices and utilize consensus-building tools to enhance opportunities for shared leadership.
